Recoat Floor One plus is highly durable, water-borne, non-yellowing, transparent silk matt 2k floor coating for inside.
Recoat Floor One Plus has excellent adhesion, flow, high efficiency and is very tough, scratch and wear resistant.
As a result, the coating protects against dirt adhesion and is very easy to clean. This makes frequent maintenance unnecessary.
Recoat Floor One Plus can be used for almost all types of floors, linoleum, Plastic floors, concrete floors, including wooden floors. Recoat Floor One Plus is not permeable to water vapour and therefore not applicable on breathable substrates. The advice is to always first put a test on the relevant surface.
The coating has been developed as a top layer for Recoat Multi primer or Recoat Stix.
For long-term maintenance of the system, we recommend using Recoat Floor Cleaner for cleaning.
Assessment of the subsoil is very important. The surface must be clean, dry and load-bearing, free, skin grease, oil etc.
Clean the surface with Recoat Floor cleaner
Then pre-treat the surface with the Recoat Multi Primer or recoat Stix and after 2-12 hours apply Recoat Floor One Plus. (see TDS sheets concerning products)
Always make sure you work wet in wet. Apply product as a “normal” water-borne lacquer; apply, distribute and stay off. Avoid working in the sun because of too fast drying. Try not to apply thick layers. Never apply recoat products undiluted.
